Are reservations required?
Reservations are highly recommended.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all forms of payment except personal checks.
My child is two or under, do I need to pay for them?
Children two and under are free for the main experience. If they wish to participate in the Taste Lab or Tea Discovery, an additional fee applies.
My child wants to make ice cream, but I don't. Do I need to pay?
Yes, all seats in the Taste Lab are sold on a per seat basis.
Are there better times to visit?
In terms of visitation, weekends tend to be our busiest days. If you have flexibility in your travel plans, consider visiting us on a weekday.
Are strollers allowed in the facility?
Yes, strollers are permitted in the facility.
Can we take pictures?
ABSOLUTELY!
Do you have a coat/bag check?
We do not. Guests are welcome to take items to/from their car and re-enter as needed.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are not permitted in the Turkey Hill Experience. Service animals, however, are permitted in all areas accessible to the public.
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we have free public Wi-Fi throughout the Experience! Connect your device to "THE_Guest" Wi-Fi network and accept the terms of service.
Is there a lost and found?
Yes. Please call us at 717-684-0134 (select option 2) for assistance.
Does Turkey Hill Experience have a gift shop?
Yes! We do have a well-stocked gift shop filled with great souvenirs for all ages! Make sure you check it out during your visit.
Are there any prohibited items or prohibited behaviors?
The following are prohibited: Abusive, foul or disruptive language or clothing; Alcohol and illegal substances; Animals (except service dogs to aid guests); Fireworks; Firearms and weapons of any kind; Weapons are considered to be anything that could endanger public safety (examples include, but are not limited to firearms, knives, box cutters, sharp jewelry, metal chains and any toy that has a trigger or weapon-like look to it).
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Military personnel, past and present, receive free admission to the main experience, with proper ID.
I have a voucher or coupon. How do I make a reservation?

Are group discounts available?
Yes. Please visit the Group Sales section of the website for more information.
Is the facility ADA accessible?
Yes, our facility is ADA accessible.
Do you have an elevator?
Yes, the facility is equipped with an elevator to assist in moving from floor to floor.
Are there accessible restrooms?
Yes, there are Accessible Restrooms, including a family restroom.
Do you rent wheelchairs and strollers?
A wheelchair is available free of charge on a first-come, first served basis. We do not rent strollers.
Is the Turkey Hill Experience a Certified Autism Center?
Yes, team members are certified, and we offer a quiet space and sensory bags upon request. For more information, visit our Accessibility page.
Are there allergens in your facility?
Yes. We are not an allergen-free facility.

Where do we park?
Free parking is available on-site.
Do you have RV parking?
Yes. Limited RV parking is available on-site.
Is Handicapped parking available?
Yes, a limited number of Handicapped Parking spaces are available on-site in a first-come, first-served basis.
Do you own the Turkey Hill Minit Markets?

Turkey Hill is located about six miles south of the Turkey Hill Experience in Conestoga, PA.
