Are reservations required?
Reservations, while not required, are highly recommended, especially during the months of June, July and August.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept organizational checks for group reservations. No personal checks will be accepted.
My child is three or under, do I need to pay for them?
Children three and under are free for the main experience. If they wish to participate in the Taste Lab or Tea Discovery, an additional fee applies.
My Child wants to make ice cream, but I don't. Do I need to pay?
Yes, all seats in the Taste Lab are sold on a per seat basis.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Military personnel, past and present, receive free admission to the main experience, with proper ID.

Are strollers allowed in the facility?
Yes, strollers are permitted in the facility.
Where do we park?
Free parking is available on-site.
Do you have RV parking?
Yes. Limited RV parking is available on-site.

We do not. Guests are welcome to take items to/from their car and re-enter as needed.
Do you own the Turkey Hill Minit Markets?

Where is Turkey Hill Dairy located?
Turkey Hill Dairy is located about six miles south of the Turkey Hill Experience Conestoga, PA.
Are group discounts available?
Yes. Please visit the "Group Sales" section of the website for more information.
Are there allergens in your facility?
Yes. We are not an allergen free facility.
Are there better times to visit?
In terms of visitation, weekends tend to be our busiest days. If you have flexibility in your travel plans, consider visiting us on a weekday.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are not permitted in the Turkey Hill Experience. Service animals, however, are permitted in all areas where guests are allowed.
Is free Wi-Fi available?
Yes, we have free public WIFI throughout the Experience! Connect your device to "THE GUEST" wifi network and accept the terms of service.

Yes, our facility is ADA accessible.
Do you have an elevator?
Yes, the facility is equipped with an elevator to assist in moving from floor to floor.

Yes, there are Accessible Restrooms, including a family restroom.
Do you rent wheelchairs and strollers?
A wheelchair available free of charge on a first-come, first served basis. We do not rent strollers.
Is Handicapped parking available?
Yes, a limited number of Handicapped Parking spaces are available on-site in a first-come, first-served basis.
